The brief
Missim came to us with an old codebase and a website that no longer matched the firm. They needed it rebuilt to their specification, in English, Hebrew, Russian and Ukrainian, and they needed a better way to handle clients, meetings and documents.
What we built
- Code takeover and full rebuild. We took over the old code and rebuilt the site from the ground up.
- Complete redesign. A new design to the firm's specification, with the new Missim Taxation identity.
- Four languages. English, Hebrew, Russian and Ukrainian, including right-to-left Hebrew.
- Client dashboard and CRM. Every client, meeting and document in one place for the team.
- Meeting booking. Clients book a free 20-minute call straight from the site.
- Encrypted file exchange. Documents are sent securely, through the providers the firm chose.
Where it is now
The new site, dashboard and booking flow replace the old setup, so the firm runs its client work from one system.
